Symphony At Midway

This facility, in my opinion, does not meet the gudelines of human decency. The place is filthy. On a recent visit, a large amount of black mold was noted on the bathroom wall and ceiling located in the client's room. The client's bedside tables are constantly dirty from leftover food, etc. The clients are left in their body waste while their call lights remain unanswerd for hours while the nursing staff sit at the nursing station. The privacy curtains are rarely wash and dirt and waste are visible on them.
