The staff is superb

So far my father had been here at Seven Acres since December 26th and He and I are VERY happy with every his care and especially those who have provided him with services… I highly recommend the facility… I have nothing but respect for the community ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently visited this top-notch community. The new director is amazing! Expect great care, communication, and service from this awesome staff.

As the DRC for assisted living and memory care I am very proud of the staff and how they stepped up and assisted all the residents during the storm and power outage. We had staff that volunteer to stay extra shifts. We had staff that were off that came in to assist. I am extremely blessed and proud to be a part of this team that no matter what is put before them they will always put the residents first. It truly shows how much they love the residents and the community. Allow us to care and love on your loved one when they need care.

The memory care unit stands out for its excellent care and engaging programs. However, there are some concerns. Communication issues and lapses in care have been reported by some residents' families. Additionally, dissatisfaction with housekeeping and personal care services has been voiced. Despite these, I still recommend Belmont Village West University. Its convenient location, quality of care, and commitment to improvement are appreciated.

The facility is spotless, set in beautiful surroundings that just add to the charm. The staff? Absolutely wonderful – kind, professional, and always there when needed. The level of care provided is outstanding, with a genuine dedication to residents' well-being. Plus, the activities, especially those for residents with dementia, are fantastic. And let's talk about the food – it's like dining in a top-notch restaurant! While it's a bit pricey, the quality of care and amenities justify the cost for me.

Eagles Trace is the best decision my mother could have made. She feels safe and is getting to know her neighbors. So friendly and helpful! She loves the food choices and the friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Eagles Trace has helped my family feel so much better about our mother's safety and happiness. As soon as I heard that all the security guards on the property were all trained in Emergency response, I was sold. My mom loves the food and the neighbors and the staff is caring and helpful.
