Four Seasons at Beaumont

Four Seasons at Beaumont is a resort-style active-adult community nestled in the rolling foothills. We enjoy 500 acres of native vegetation and natural watercourses right outside the doorsteps of our single story homes. Residents of our gated community enjoy the activities within the planned community and the access to a growing array of stores and shopping facilities outside our community walls. For those who appreciate outdoor recreation, Four Seasons at Beaumont offers six miles of hiking trails, a shorter two mile walking trail around Four Seasons Circle (complete with six fitness stations and dog walk amenities), streets on different elevations for the avid bikers, and a Sports Complex complete with swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball, bocce, ping pong and great opportunities for bird watching. Indoor sports enthusiasts appreciate the state-of-the-art Fitness Center, opportunities for exercise classes, heated spa, an indoor pool, billiards and the amenities of our own Salon. For just plain resting and enjoying the companionship of neighbors, the Lodge offers craft space and many interest groups, a theatre, a ballroom conducive to line dancing as well as more formal ballroom dancing, a library, card room and computer lab.
