Seniorly, Inc. (“Seniorly,” “we,” or “us”) wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose information. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information that we collect through our website at https://www.seniorly.com/ (the “Website”) or in connection with your use of the services, products, and information offered by Seniorly (“Seniorly Services”). We ask that you carefully review this Privacy Policy, as it applies to the Website, as well as Seniorly Services that display or link to this Privacy Policy.
By using our Website and Seniorly Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Seniorly Services.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” refers to information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you, and includes “personal data” or similar terms.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The Personal Information we collect may include the following:
- Identifiers/biographical information, including name, postal and email address, phone number, and online identifiers such as IP address.
- Commercial information, including consuming histories or tendencies.
- Internet or other electronic network activity information.
- Inferences, such as those used to create a consumer profile reflecting your interests and characteristics.
- Username/password if you create an account with Seniorly.
- Company name and information about your business.
- Physical location, including based on your IP address, your search activity on the Website, or your use of Seniorly Services.
In addition to Personal Information, certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Mac), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, and the name and version of the website you are using. We use this information to ensure that the Website functions properly.
2. HOW WE OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
There are several ways we may obtain Personal Information about you, including through (a) information you provide to us; (b) information we automatically collect; (c) information we receive from other sources; and (d) combining information from different sources. This includes data that identifies you personally whether directly or indirectly.
(a) Information you provide
We may collect Personal Information from you as follows:
- When you use our Website and Seniorly Services. We may collect Personal Information from you when you inquire about or use the Website and Seniorly Services. That includes when you apply to become part of our referral agent network or when you create a profile for your business on our Website.
- Please note that Personal Information you share on forums, on message boards, in review postings, and through other similar Seniorly Services will become public.
- When you connect your Website account to your social media account, you share information with your friends associated with your social media account, with other users, and with your social media account provider. By doing so, you authorize this sharing of information, and you understand that the use of shared information will be governed by the social media provider’s privacy policy.
- When you provide information about someone else. If you send someone else a communication from our Website and Seniorly Services, or sign someone up for Seniorly Services, the Personal Information you provide (e.g., name, contact information) may be used to facilitate communication with such person. If you disclose any Personal Information relating to other people to us or to our service providers in connection with the Website, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you visit and interact with Seniorly Services and our Website, we and/or advertising and analytics third parties and service providers may use a variety of technologies, such as cookies, tags, SDKs or scripts, to collect certain information regarding your activity. The specific types of information that we and third parties and service providers may automatically collect when you visit and interact with Seniorly Services and our Website include:

We may receive Personal Information from other sources. Those sources may include:
- Entities and individuals we partner with to deliver Seniorly Services, such as referral agents or senior living communities.
- Marketing/advertising and analytics companies, including online advertising networks and analytics providers.
(d) Combination of information
We may combine Personal Information that we receive from various sources. For example, we may combine Personal Information that we collect from you offline with Personal Information we collect from you through our Website and Seniorly Services. Similarly, we may combine Personal Information that we receive from other sources with Personal Information we already have about you. We use, disclose, and protect combined Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
3. HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
(a) How we use your information
We may use your Personal Information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- To provide you with Seniorly Services.
- To process and fulfill your requests, including processing payments.
- To create, maintain, customize, and secure your account with us.
- To communicate with you, including to respond to your inquiries/requests, such as when you contact us via one of our online contact forms or fill out a survey or questionnaire, to request feedback from you, and to send you important updates and messages about changes to Seniorly Services, the Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and/or other applicable terms and conditions.
- To review the usage and maintain the operation of our Website and Seniorly Services.
- To conduct analysis and develop and/or improve our Website and Seniorly Services.
- To monitor, protect, and maintain the security and integrity of our Website, Seniorly Services and our business, such as protecting against and preventing fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims and other liabilities.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations and respond to lawful requests and communications from law enforcement and other government officials.
- To carry out sales and business transactions in which information held by us is among the assets transferred or is otherwise relevant to the evaluation, negotiation, or completion of the transaction.

- To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide your Personal Information or as explained to you at the point of information collection.
- To provide you with customized content or targeted offers.
- To facilitate social sharing functionality that you choose to use.
- To send you information, newsletters, and marketing/promotional material from us and/or on behalf of entities or individuals we partner with. If you no longer wish to receive promotional and marketing emails from us, you may opt out of such communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in any promotional or marketing email you receive from us.
(b) How we disclose your Personal Information
We may disclose each category of your Personal Information that we collect to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers. We disclose your Personal Information to our service providers that provide business, professional, or technical support services to us, help us operate our business and the Services, or administer activities on our behalf. We require our service providers to only use your Personal Information in connection with providing services to CareScout.
- Research companies. We may share your Personal Information with companies that administer surveys or conduct research projects with us or on our behalf.
- Partners and Providers. We may share your Personal Information with our Partners, CareScout Quality Network Providers, and/or Field Team as part of providing our Services.
- Targeted advertising and marketing. We may share your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy for marketing and advertising purposes to third parties, such as data analytics providers, advertising technology vendors, third-party advertising networks, and social media platforms and to otherwise provide you with our Sites and Services.
In certain circumstances, we may disclose each category of your Personal Information to:
- Governmental, regulatory, and public authorities. We may disclose your Personal Information to government and law enforcement authorities, in each case to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or requests.
- Relevant third parties as part of a corporate transaction. In the event of a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceeding), we may disclose or transfer your Personal Information to certain parties, such as the acquiring entity and its advisers.
- Other third parties. We will disclose your Personal Information to other third parties at your direction or with your consent. Additionally, we will disclose your Personal Information as we believe necessary or appropriate to: (a) comply with applicable law; (b) enforce our Terms of Use and other applicable terms of your use of the Services; (c) protect our operations; (d) protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or those of you or others; and (e) allow us to pursue available remedies or limit damages that we may sustain.
We may disclose your Personal Information for other reasons that we will describe at the time of information collection or prior to disclosing your information.
Please note that we may de-identify or aggregate Personal Information so that it will no longer be considered Personal Information and will not be subject to this Policy.
4. INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING
We or third parties may use and disclose your information to engage in interest-based advertising. You may be able to opt out of receiving certain targeted or interest-based advertisements using the browser opt-out tools and consumer choice mechanisms provided by advertising industry self-regulatory groups by following the links below:

You also can control whether you see interest-based advertisements on your mobile device(s). You will need to opt out separately on all of your browsers and devices, as each opt out will apply only to the specific browser or device from which you opt out. If you delete or reset your cookies or mobile identifiers, change browsers, or use a different device, any opt-out cookie or tool may no longer work and you will have to opt out again.
Even if you choose to opt out of receiving interest-based advertising, you may still receive advertising, but the advertisements may be less relevant.
Some of the third parties described in section 3(b) may provide you with additional choices with respect to interest-based advertising. For example, certain social media platforms allow you to control your advertising preferences directly through their services. 5. UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
If you would like to correct or update your Personal Information, you may write to us at familysupport@seniorly.com.
Some Personal Information you may change yourself by logging into your account or profile. Additionally, unsubscribe instructions will be included in each promotional email from us to the extent required by law. Please note that unsubscribe requests may take up to ten (10) business days to become effective.
If you wish to opt-out of marketing communications from an organization with whom we partner, please contact that organization directly.
6. TEXT MESSAGES
Messages may be sent by automatic telephone dialing system. You acknowledge that these messages are not otherwise secured when they are sent, and that there is a risk the message could be intercepted in its transmission to you. You acknowledge that these messages may be subject to fees from your cellular provider, message and data rates apply, and that we and your wireless carrier will not be held liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. To disable or update alert(s) or to update your mobile phone number, you can update your Notification Preferences in your account if applicable, or text STOP to cancel.
If you join our customer text alerts program, alerts may come from us. You are not required to opt in to receive text message alerts (directly or indirectly) as a condition of transacting with us. Frequency of these messages will vary based on the alerts selected.
7. EXTERNAL LINKS
You may find links to other websites on our Sites. We are not responsible for the information collection practices of those other websites, nor does the inclusion of a link on the Website imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates. We cannot guarantee how those websites use cookies, pixels or other data aggregating or analytics tools, or whether they use cookies or other tools that may be able to identify you personally. 8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly request information from minors under 18 and we do not intentionally market our products or services to minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a minor who has visited our Sites, we will delete that information from our records.
9. SECURITY
We have implemented physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your information. However, as no transmission of information over the internet is absolutely secure, we cannot guarantee the safety of your information.
10. REVISIONS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The effective date of this Privacy Policy is OCTOBER 31, 2025. This replaces all previous versions of the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, remove, or otherwise revise portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will post the change(s) to the Website. Your continued use of the Website and Seniorly Services following the posting of changes to the Privacy Policy means you accept these changes.
