- To our third-party business partners, including the senior housing and care providers who have contracted with us (“Participating Partners”) and our Partner Agents, who are part of our referral information service program and help us provide the placement services you request.
- By using the Website, you may elect to disclose Personal Information.
- On forums, message boards, review postings and other services to which you are able to post information and content. Please note that any information you post or disclose through these services will become public and may be available to other users and the general public.
- Through your social sharing activity. When you connect your Website account to your social media account, you will share information with your friends associated with your social media account, with other users, and with your social media account provider. By doing so, you authorize us to facilitate this sharing of information, and you understand that the use of shared information will be governed by the social media provider’s privacy policy.

CHOICES AND ACCESS

Please note that if you opt out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, from which you cannot opt out. if you wish to opt-out of marketing communications with one of our Participating Partners, please contact the Participating Partner directly.
If you no longer want to receive SMS/text messages from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt out by texting STOP.

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any website or service to which the Website links. The inclusion of a link on the Website does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates.
USE OF WEBSITE BY MINORS
The Website is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 13.
JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES
The Website is controlled and operated by us from the United States and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States.

California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice identifying the categories of personal information which we shared third parties for their own marketing purposes in the immediately preceding calendar year and providing contact information for such third parties.
