Belmont Village Turtle Creek gets five stars from me! Sure, I've heard some mixed reviews, but personally, I've had a great experience. The setting is beautiful, and the care for seniors is excellent. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and there's always something to do. Let's talk food – it's delicious! Seriously, some of the best I've had. And the location? Perfect! So close to parks, trails, and entertainment. Now, I've heard about concerns with dementia care and costs being high, but I haven't seen it myself. Yeah, there are occasional elevator issues and grumpy staff, but overall, it's been positive. Belmont Village Turtle Creek has been like a second home to me. The staff genuinely care, and they've created a cozy environment. It's definitely one of the best places around!

We have had a great experience with Parsons House Preston Hollow in the care received by our mother / mother in law who has been there for slightly over one year.Our priority is the care and safety of our mother. Here the care staff is competent,caring and responsive and do what what they can to make all feel like family . The Leadership team communicates regularly with families through a FamilyCouncil, frequent email communications and ad hoc one on one meetings . In addition to the regularly scheduled activities for the residents they host a themed dinner or buffet monthly for the families and residents . It is a very entertaining ,fun filled event with ,great food and ,music for the families to be together !!! Parsons House is a care focused facility with a family feel. Lakewest changes with each administrator,in the last year I have been miserable because of mail theft, medication problems, loss of personal property on return from CCU hospitalization, no help with laundry, the attitude of office staff, which has changed frequently. Most frustrating is that these issues go ignored or have negative reactions. Any complaints are met with (snide and/derogatory remarks. Mail theft is a serious crime and being ignored is illegal and therefore condoned by management which some employees aren't qualified for the management positions, mail theft is a federal crime.
