Encina Royale is a centrally located community for active adults over 55 years old in the heart of Goleta, California. This beautiful condo association sits on 42 landscaped areas and includes a 9-hole golf course, heated swimming pool, well-appointed club house, gym, wood shop, library, and game room. All these amenities are included free for residents and their guests. There are many planned activities for residents as well, including exercise classes, book clubs, movie nights, local trips, and more.

Among the meandering paths, shade trees, and koi pond, there are 360 residences. Sixty of these are single-level cottages, and the rest are in buildings of six units each, with 3 downstairs units and 3 upstairs units. All homes have patios, and some have golf course views or lovely mountain views. The complex is pet friendly, and the rules allow for one dog or cat. The monthly dues are currently $707.89, and they include basic cable TV, cable internet, water, and trash.

Within a few block radius there is plenty of shopping and entertainment, including Trader Joes, Sprouts, 3 drug stores, 2 pet shops, several banks, 2 urgent care medical centers, a vet, a hardware store, a movie theater, and many local restaurants. Oh, there’s bowling and ice cream, too!
