Avalon Estates is a 24/7 gated, active senior community comprised of 365 homes built around six large lakes. It is one of the most desirable addresses in South Florida. Click here for directions The center piece of our community is an elaborate 18,000 square foot Clubhouse, the hub of our community life. Residents and their guests are able to enjoy a partially covered resort size swimming pool and a hot tub; play billiards on two fruitwood, 9 foot Vitale, regulation tables; participate in painting and glass art classes in the arts and crafts room; play mahjong, canasta, etc. in a large card room; play poker or cards in the Poker Room; relax and watch TV/Videos in the library; keep fit and exercise in a well-equipped gym; attend entertainment events and community meetings in a ballroom that can accommodate up to 400 people.
