    A friendly FYI: 1. If you want to build here READ / REVIEW all builder’s / HOA documents very carefully. 2. If you don’t like rules, don’t build here. HOA rules are enforced. 3. Our construction manager noted houses built here are a “Build and Repair” method. 4. My wife & I have been here over 2.5 years and are still trying to get builder to fix things. 5. If you build here, hire a building inspector/engineer. 6. We were only given 45 minutes to inspect the house before closing. 7. Some contractors & materials used, in our opinion, could’ve been better. We weren’t happy with the stonework, trim work, painting, windows and hvac installation (which was the most problematic). 8. Text or email issues to builder so you have documentation. 9. The HOA fee was $250 a month in 2021. It’s now $270 in 2023. 10. The neighbors we have are great & caring. Amenities are a plus. 11. Unfortunately, knowing what we know now and the stressful experience we had, we would not have built here.
