Staff doesn’t watch the residents, most hide in corners on their phones or just blatantly ignore residents. Even in front of myself and other families, staff has neglected to treat residents with dignity. Employee turnover is high, seems even the management is high turnover. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking to put their family here.
