Seniorly analyzed over 500,000 customer reviews across 60,000 senior living facilities, and identified the best 336. California led the nation with 65 award-winning locations.
Seniorly today released their annual Best of Senior Living Awards for 2025 and identified the 336 best facilities in America in 2025.
Washington’s Aegis Living Greenwood ranks No. 1, New Jersey’s Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel ranks No. 2, Illinois Bardwell Residences ranks No. 3, Oregon’s Creekside Village Retirement Residence ranks No. 4 and California’s Crofton Manor Inn rounds out the top five.
The 336 facilities were chosen after analyzing 500,000 online reviews across 60,000 facilities.
California ranked No.1 among states with 65 award-winning facilities followed by Texas (37), Florida (35), Arizona (24), and Washington (23). There was at least one award-winning facility in 35 states.
For the second year in a row, Seniorly partnered with Skypoint – a leading generative data company– to mine and analyze the customer and family reviews or senior living facilities to create a sentiment rating across six categories: cleanliness, dining services, staff ratings, value, care services and overall resident satisfaction.
To qualify for the Awards, communities must be in the top five percent of our consumer sentiment ratings, be free of serious licensing violations for the last 36 months and have no evidence of negative media coverage for the last 24 months.
