Seniorly shares the latest feedback from Partner Advisors.
Seniorly is releasing the results from our latest survey of the Seniorly Partner Advisor program. The purpose of these surveys is to gauge partner satisfaction and highlight opportunities to improve our program. We’re pleased to share that our Net Promoter Score (NPS) held steady while participation increased, and that Partner Advisors shared valuable insights into what’s working well and where we can improve.
An overwhelming number of advisors value Seniorly for our ability to generate leads for their businesses. They noted that the platform offers referrals they wouldn't ordinarily acquire, serving as a critical tool for growth. Advisors also noted that Seniorly offers access to a growing digital channel which compliments their other channels (such as professional referrals and word of mouth) nicely. As one advisor noted “It’s solid incremental revenue. Just as important, the referrals make you more active with both communities and referral partners, increasing your influence in the area’s senior community.”
Feedback further highlighted Seniorly's efficiency and user-friendly nature. Advisors praised the “automations that make it easy to work from anywhere”, as well as the intuitiveness of the system, the mobile app's contribution to efficiency in managing leads, and the ability to update the status, stage, and notes on leads easily.
Support and communication from Seniorly's team also received positive feedback. Advisors acknowledged the supportive, professional and responsive nature of our team, and feel that Seniorly “truly cares about seniors and works to enhance their systems to support partners and help seniors.” Of particular note were the weekly office hours and the monthly Agent All-Hands meetings.
Although there were many positives, advisors also shared some areas of opportunity. As has been highlighted in previous surveys, advisors encouraged continued improvement in lead screening and qualification. Because of this feedback, Seniorly has partnered with Senior Living Smart to ensure that all phone leads are handled by consultants with experience in senior living. These consultants have been trained to position advisors as a supportive resource and to gather richer, more detailed notes to better prepare advisors for connection. Seniorly has also released a new post-conversion experience online designed to introduce the advisor and prepare families for the outbound call.
Advisors also shared that overall, digital leads tend to convert at a lower rate when compared to other professional referrals. While this feedback is consistent with industry data, it is worth noting that Seniorly leads convert 11% higher* than industry benchmarks**, mainly due to improvements in lead qualification made in 2022. Seniorly also tackled an in-depth analysis of factors correlated to platform success, and found that advisors with the highest conversion rates also have a speed-to-lead that less than half of all other agents, demonstrating the importance of maintaining an average speed-to-lead of under 10 minutes.
Overall, the Seniorly Partner Advisor program continues to demonstrate solid incremental improvement, and the gains far outweigh the areas of opportunity. As we continue building our roadmap for the future, advisor feedback will play a crucial role in helping Seniorly grow. We thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
