San Jacinto Healthcare

Unfortunately this place is a complete dump. It is totally run-down. The staff are all really kind and knowledgeable, but the facility is awful. My 72 year old mother was placed here for rehab after a MRSA infection and amputation. The physical therapists are awesome, but they don’t have the equipment they need, and they are understaffed. The beds are falling apart, the linens look like they are 40+ years old with nasty stains and rips, the toilets were so low, it was impossible for my mom to even attempt to get up on her own, all the furniture is old and broken, there is no a/c (or it doesn’t work), there was broken furniture and equipment on the outdoor patio, and the sliding glass door wasn’t closed and didn’t lock to the room my mom was in. The list goes on, but I honestly can’t believe this facility is still open. The staff, nurses and physical therapists are all really amazing, but I feel bad for them.
