I had a loved one reside here for two 1/2 years 2021-2023 and it was a horrific experience, they were severely understaffed and often neglected basic human needs, such as changing my loved ones incontinence undergarment, comfort, dignity, proper and timely medical care. My loved one was bedridden and was a hospice patient. My family had to intervene and care for our loved one themselves around the clock to insure our loved one was kept , clean , well nourished and comfortable. There were a few.... Very few nurses and CNA's that DID care for our loved one as she should have been cared for properly by everyone. To those few individuals that did care for our loved one well, I am grateful thank you. Our loved one has since passed away, and I was hesitant about writing a review, but I feel this facility needs to be more conscious of the care they are giving to our elderly loved ones. I do not recommend this place, I think the staff and management should be ashamed of themselves
