BEWARE!! The facility should not be licensed. Don't let the updated lobby fool you. The nurses are cold, unskilled and uncaring. Administration including Director of Nursing and Administrator are untrained in Healthcare, rude and lacking general courtesies and manners. Physical and Occupational staff are aids, not licensed therapists and looked bored, offering no encouragement to patients. Call bells are not answered EVER as staff is on internet or watching TV. Even my verbal cries for help went unanswered by an aide sitting 15 feet from my mom's room. The A/C does not work on the second floor. Had to move mom out after three days. I cry everytime I think of that day and the terrors and torture we all went through. I forgot to say they required a family member there 24/7 since they did not understand how to care for dementia patient
