If I could give this facility a zero star I would. If you came in the late afternoon trying to get into the building was pretty much impossible you would have to call a number that was posted on the door that nobody ever answered even after ringing it and ringing and ringing it over and over again it was very hard after driving an hour to come see your loved one not to be able to get in the building when you’re disabled yourself. I witnessed Residents that were in the same clothes for 3 to 5 days and they have food stains and dirt all over them their faces weren’t washed properly and they all look very sad never saw a happy smiling face even when bringing small children in to visit they all look like they weren’t enjoying life at all. Personally I wish I never had to tape my love when there She was so unhappy. their rooms are small .
