My step-father was in there for rehab after taking the Covid-jab. As a whole, the staff doesn't care and they neglect the residents. Their policy allows staff who were working directly with Covid patients to then work with other residents which is how my step-father got sick. To make a long story short, since the illness around Thanksgiving 2023, he continued getting worse due to the neglect. It is now August 3rd 2024 and he is dying. Do NOT put your loved ones in The Waters of Martinsville! They will kill your loved ones! I posted this on their Facebook page  and they blocked me. The truth of what they are is not the image they project. A woman (not sure what department) had the nerve to tell my mom that she didn't care that she has to drive 2 hours to visit her dying husband.  Do NOT put your loved ones in there, EVER!
