Terrible. Unless you have no other option, do not send your loved one here. Quality of care is poor. The rooms are filthy. Linens are stained and threadbare. The food is awful. Fixtures in bathrooms need repair. Some CNA's are lazy and/or rude and ignore call lights. Some LPN's are lazy and/or rude; for example, my loved one was missing medication multiple times due to not being reordered when the supply was running low. Employee turnover is high. Complaints go unanswered. Serious issues with management. The state of Michigan has given them the lowest possible rating.
