I’m not sure the extent of incompetence- the nurses and other staff were nice. No doctors ever step foot in there. Terrible experience. They need to be assessed by the state. Pain meds are being distributed by a nurse with a big book to keep track. I believe that could be an issue- especially with pain meds.

The place is disgusting. Not only is the entire building in disrepair, but it is also dirty, and the entire building smells of feces and urine to the point, that even a n95 either surgical mask over it, is not enough to prevent you becoming nauseous. The staff are not attentive to residents, and are more likely to be found outside smoking, chatting amongst themselves or on their phones. I would never let anyone I know go here. I don't even like bringing patients here
