2 days ago NEW While visiting my father last week, his roomate fell in the room. I immediately pushed the call button and ran the halls for help. I could not find one single attendant. I ran back and helped him to his feet. It took 1.5 hours before anyone checked on the call button. When the nurse did finally come to check she acted like I was a bother. It seems as though this place is really short staffed! Update: It gets worse! This place is so poorly run. It is a shame because there are a hanful of great employees. Someone needs to get it together! I have so many complaints. #1 it is filthy. My shoes stick to the floor #2 Items come up missing regularly, clothes don't come back from laundry and staff help themselves #3 hit the call button... its about an hour response time with a nurse, and then they are aggravated!
