My brother was sent here after a couple days in the hospital. He was there 9 days , finally on day 7 they assisted him with showering! We requested 2 X-rays, after 2 Days I inquired y it still was not done, they forgot to put the request in the computer. It took them 3 days before they finally gave him “breathing” treatments because he has emphysema! The doctor said he would put it in for 4 to 6 times a day, it was put in as needed instead. Meaning, he had to request every treatment instead of them automatically coming in 4 to 6 times a day to give it to him on a regular schedule. It took the pharmacy on site to deliver his “meds”. The food is almost uneditable. The majority of nurses are kind and caring, but they are short staffed so it takes forever to get anything done. And it’s clear that very little communication is going on between them… a lot of “I don’t know “ when u ask them questions. They need to fire the person running the facility.
