Families Beware! The staff are incompetent, lazy, uncompassionate & ignores patients. Both parents were there at the same time. I witness staff sitting around at the nurses station on their cell phones & clearly ignoring the patients needs. My Mom had to wait 45 mins for someone to help her to the bathroom after a hip replacement. My Fathers eye glasses plus personal clothing and slippers were stolen after arriving 1 week. Sadly he could barely see while there, he was blind in 1 eye. Upon entering its acceptable but take a quick walk down the hallway & rugs have disgusting stain & smell of urine & human feces is thru-out the building. Dirty! My Mother has allergies to Dairy & eggs & every meal/paper attached stating it every plate of food had food allegens. Chef salad loaded with cheese hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, milk, yogurt. 100% incompetent!
