The facility and rooms are outdated and understaffed. My father was in this facility and had all mental faculties. He said Staff took up to 1/2 hr to 45 minutes to come when using a call button and it was not used often. When moving him in the bed they pulled his arm hard that he had difficulty using it and could not raise his arm. When the day came for discharge, they were told I would be there approximately 5:00, when I arrived I signed papers and they did not inquire if I needed assistance to get him out of the bed and into wheelchair. When I got to him the bed and my father were soaked in urine. I can only assume he was not checked most of the day. Social worker and staff tried very hard to have me sign him into the facility for the remainder of his life. Staff rarely focused on positive. Think long and hard if you are considering this facility.

I would not send anyone here. The rooms do not have air conditioning. There is no housekeeping on weekends. There are no showers in the rooms.
