I visited the facility in January 2024 and was very pleased with how clean and serene the home was. After dealing with a disgusting nursing facility in Torrance, CA that left my Mom with a huge bed sore I immediately applied for a spot for my mother at Azalea Garden. I’m there visiting twice a week and I never announce when I’m coming. My mother is bed ridden and is in need of 24 hr care. My mother is doing well. My Family and I are very pleased with the knowledge and care that Christine and her staff are providing at this time.

My aunt stayed at Azelea Gardens Care… My aunt stayed at Azelea Gardens Care Facility back in April of 2022 and was there for about 10 months. When she first arrived, she was on the road to being bed-bound. The doctor placed her on a home exercise program in which she had to do light exercises 2-3 times days a day. That's a little demanding but with the constant guidance of the staff, (even when she didn't feel like doing anything) my aunt was able to stick to the doctor's orders, for the most part, and exercise a little every day. At the end of her stay, she was able to sit up on the side of the bed all on her own, feed herself and tolerate going to the bedside commode. My aunt is also a very picky eater and they graciously accommodated her with meals she liked. I'm especially grateful for the care she received and all of the dedication and support she had before returning home. They did all of the hard work and I would recommend Azalea Gardens Care Facility for both short and long-term care.

My stay at the facility was a positive one. When I first arrived I was weak and unsteady on my feet. But with the help of the knowledgeable and courteous staff, and equipment on site, I was able to recover. My experience there had a huge impact in aiding in my recovery. I would highly recommend there servers.

I visited this facility, and it was extremely clean, organized, and well managed. Being a Registered Nurse, Khristine knows how to care for her residents. She cares for each resident as if they were family. It's refreshing to see someone with her knowledge and years of experience create a wonderful facility for those in need. This facility is one of a kind in the Antelope Valley.

Horrible care with Kristin running the house. She dictates what the residents should have versus allowing the residents choose what they would like to have as far as care for themselves. She’s rude to her Staff and doesn’t provide her residents with good care.
