The last review by Rachel L is 100% accurate. I have photos. I also have pics of dry feces on comforter and back of pants & underwear. Owner didn't talk or get up from the table when I first saw her. I didn't know who she was, and, sadly, I hear she has other facilities. The caregiver answered my questions and didnt introduce the owner sitting there, doing 'busywork.' Clients eat solitary. The place is completely silent; no one converses with residents. No activities. I have pic of a meal- a muffin, bread, pasta. Once I walked in after no one answered front door, unlocked, no alarm. I called out and found loved one in bed with wet socks, also have pic of skin/feet after taking off socks. So mad a relative put him there bc of "high recommendation." Unbelievable. Got him out ASAP. Greedy, uncaring, unprofessional, filthy, unkind people. Also a brown dog there. Smell the place. Neighbor next door WARNED us w several accusations about owner/staff. (Left side if facing house) Ask them.

If you enter, look at the filthy air vents near bottom of wall as you walk in. See urine dried on wall and floor around toilet, plus the hinges on toilet seat. Residents are not spoken to except to be told their food is ready. No activities. No outings. No music. No human interaction. Smell. You'll understand. Looks tidy at first, then you'll notice how the residents are not taken care of. Everything is broken and unclean. No one will love on your family here. You'll feel it as you enter, you don't have to take it from me. Shameful.
