Memory Care review only. My mom was in Watercrest Spanish Springs for 1 year. In that time period the facility declined in ways that were the opposite of what we wanted for our loved one. 1. No cameras are allowed (this only benefits the facility) when they fail to do room checks or provide meals. 2. The staff, by the time we left, were so unsupervised they left the unit in multiples. Phone use with staff was constant/the residents sat in their chairs/wheel chairs in need of adjusting or changing their soiled pants. 3. front desk responsible for access yet the wait for access in or out of MC is hard. Finding a person with a fob is difficult to get out especially getting out. The aide staff were wonderful at first and then they were gone. The director is nice but has no control over the work product of her staff. I wrote her a letter with more than what I wrote here and she didn’t respond even though I asked her for a discussion. All inclusive doesn't mean good care.
