My mother has been in this place for 7 years and it has declined steadily each year. The management is great at delivering lip service but never resolve any problems. I've had 2 meetings with Karen the director and she always has an excuse for problems but never resolves them. I'm told she has resident meetings but when residents voice concerns she leaves the meeting. The resident services person Becky is possibly the rudest and uncaring human I've encountered and she works in the people business? I approached her today about the ongoing construction noise in the building. CONSTRUCTION NOISE EVERDAY HAMMERING SO LOUD YOU CAN'T HEAR YOURSELF THINK. THIS IS RELAXING AND STRESS FREE LIVING?? I left her office because she was so rude and when I went back to see if Karen was available, I caught Becky voicing her problem with me to her coworker. The look on her face when I caught her was priceless yet NO apology!! She needs to be fired. DON'T PUT YOURSELF OR YOU LOVED ONE IN THIS PLACE.
