Since moving to HarborChase in 2020, my wife and I have experienced the growing pains and impacts of the pandemic on services here, which were sometimes less than ideal. However, with the help of a new Executive Director and Memory Care Director, care and services improved significantly this year. At the end of the day, it all comes down to the leadership teams at these places.
