Most of the staff are there for the right reasons, and really do care. The issue lies with the management team that tries to micromanage from afar and ensures that nothing gets done, while the building falls apart. As of last Thursday, there was no internet in most of the building including the offices, forcing the management team actually IN the building to have to work in the far hallways and limiting what can be done. The walk-in cooler is shot, putting resident safety at risk, but nothing has been “approved” by management to complete repairs even though they’ve known about it for months. There are major issues with the sprinkler system that has caused widespread flooding in the community with no response from corporate. All this is documented fact. Yet the management company (Arvum) charges more than most places in the area. There’s so much wrong, but not enough space here to write it all!
