The management/owners do not care about the individuals that reside here. They provide the bare minimum that the law allows and feel that they have control over what the residents do. Often the assertive or as they would call them "difficult" residents and those residents without family to advocate for them are treated very poorly even unkindly. When trying to advocate for a loved one who resides there you will be met with excuses and unfulfilled promises. They also own the healthcare agency that operates exclusively within their communities and will not allow outside agencies to provide services ensuring that they maximize the amount of money they receive from their resident's. When trying to advocate for a loved one who resides there you will be met with excuses and unfulfilled promises. I do not recommend this or any "Rose" communities.
