Eno Pointe Assisted Living in Durham, NC, receives mixed reviews. Many praise the facility for its caring and compassionate staff, particularly highlighting Sandra Moore and Doris, the administrator, for their dedication. The facility is described as clean, with a pleasant atmosphere and a variety of activities for residents, such as bingo and shopping trips. Some reviewers appreciate the reasonable pricing and the larger rooms in the older facility. However, there are concerns about staff shortages, overworked employees, and issues with food quality and quantity. A significant issue mentioned is theft by staff, although the administration reportedly took action by firing involved employees. Some reviewers express dissatisfaction with the facility's appearance and the administrator's management style, describing her as overly authoritative. I would never have found Eno Pointe without Seniorly. The facility is located on a beautiful wooded lot which is very quiet. This is not a fancy place but it is extremely clean, bright and cheerful. Everyone from the Manager, to the nurses, CNA’s and everyone else that works so hard are so friendly and caring. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, take the time to go visit Eno Pointe and experience for yourself.

My mother has been at Eno Pointe as a dementia patient for several years! She seems very content there. She is well cared for and treated with respect by the staff. The facility is clean and well maintained. She enjoys the meals and snacks offered. This is one facility that still allows protected outdoor visits in courtyard areas while still being monitored of a patients whereabouts. The nursing staff, med techs, housekeeping, recreation / office personnel and Director have always been kind and respectful!
