My mother has been at Brookdale for 6 months. One weekend they had no milk or cottage cheese. Several nights there are no staff to take orders and serve food and the receptionist and nurses are pressed into duty. I Have raised the concerns through the proper channels but nothing changes, in fact, they seem to get worse. For some residents, dining is the only time they come out of their room. Bad food service ( not the food itself) is important and residents deserve better than Brookdale Wickliffe provides
