They don’t do what they say on contract, like keeping up with cleaning, trash, or making beds. To get anything done in the apartment, do not go through front desk. It will take months before something is done, fixing this or that. They do not keep family updated on any staff changes so it makes it hard to know who to contact for any situation. The food is nothing that is any good. It took me 3 months to finally get ahold of someone in regards to billing questions. They need a lot of work to do here for the money you pay.
