I have been a nurse for almost 15 years, and in my opinion, this is the best long-term care facility I have ever worked at. The care team is amazing, the facility is prepared for routine things that aging individuals encounter, and the residents are well cared for. It's a smaller more independent facility so it doesn't encounter some of the bureaucracy that the larger communities have to deal with.
