The Reserve at Royal Oaks has received mixed reviews from residents and their families. Many praise the friendly and professional staff, who are said to be attentive and caring towards the residents. The environment is described as clean and pleasant, with a good ratio of nurses to residents. The facility is well-designed, with private bathrooms for each room and easy access for everyone. Activities are provided throughout the day and the in-house laundry service is appreciated. However, some reviewers have raised concerns about sudden price increases and the quality of care relative to the cost. There are also complaints about the food and instances of residents' belongings going missing. Despite these issues, many reviewers would recommend the Reserve at Royal Oaks, particularly for its memory care services. The marketing director, Crystal Xixitla, is singled out for her personable and knowledgeable approach. The community is also praised for its communication with families and its efforts to keep residents active and engaged. However, some reviewers felt the facility was too large and hospital-like, preferring a more homey environment. Overall, while there are some negative reviews, the majority of feedback for the Reserve at Royal Oaks is positive, with many reviewers expressing satisfaction with the level of care provided to their loved ones.

I am so thankful to have found The Reserve at Royal Oaks for my father. The staff are friendly, caring and professional, taking great care of their needs. They communicate well with the healthcare providers to make sure that their residents receive the best care possible. I love that their are family nights where we can get together with other families of residents, meet some of the staff and enjoy a nice meal together. I know that my parents are safe and happy in these wonderful facilities and I couldn't be more grateful.
