October 2024
Our family member entered in assisted living and graduated to memory care over a period of a year and a half. During that time, the facility changed directors (and other key staff) twice, and the quality of care deteriorated dramatically. There was constant turnover of caregivers, many of whom were inadequately trained. As time went on, there were shortages of caregivers. Activities were limited as the one individual responsible kept being diverted to caregiving. Transportation services were not provided for months. The quality of foods changed as well, and we found it virtually inedible. When we raised these issues with (new) mangement, there was no response, just indifference. We cannot recommend, look elsewhere.

There is a pronounced difference in care between full pay and Medicaid residents. Our family member was treated well when on private pay and quality of care has consistantly gone down since on medicaid alone. Rates were re-evaluted every six months with price increases while on private pay. Constantly being called to bring snacks, drinks and supplies. Changed details of original contract due to "changes in care needs". Would never place another family member here.
