With our life care program, residents enjoy a dynamic lifestyle with a selection of care options to meet changing needs. These levels of care include independent living, assisted living, and rehabilitation and skilled nursing.



Located on the shores of Lake Harris on an expansive 78-acre nature preserve, Lake Port Square offers our residents an exciting outdoor lifestyle, including beautiful gardens, landscaped grounds, a lakefront dock and walking paths.Located on the shores of Lake Harris on an expansive 78-acre nature preserve, Lake Port Square offers our residents a full continuum of care, including independent living and assisted living. Also on campus is the Lake Harris Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.



With beautiful gardens, landscaped grounds, a lakefront dock and walking paths, residents enjoy ample space for biking, gardening and boating. There are plenty of indoor adventures as well, with fitness and water aerobic classes, yoga, wood crafting, games and special events. Our on-site conveniences include an extensive library, inviting common areas, a bistro café, and a beauty salon.



Our life care program empowers residents to enjoy a dynamic lifestyle with choices to meet their changing needs. It gives you the freedom to enjoy life as you choose with the assurance of care continuum options. The life care program is secured with an entry fee purchase that covers both the cost of your future accommodations as well as discounted healthcare services, if or when needed.
