Poor staffing and management. Not truthful with care. Staff in memory care would 'hide' in locked nurse's office and ignore knocks on door for visitors to leave locked unit.

This facility is incredible. The staff is amazing and caring. The therapy offered is top notch. I would recommend this facility to anyone and I do! especially if you are in need of a tCU stay after being the hospital, this is where you want to be.

The building and surrounding area is really beautiful. It is a business. They are out to make money just like every other facility or organization. They are not well staffed, and the pictures on the website are not pictures of the actual food. I have seen the meals personally, and none of them look like that. if it’s close by it’s the best option.
