In 1865, its founders established Simpson House which is America's oldest retirement community related to the United Methodist Church. There are 154 accommodations at this senior community, plus it accepts both Medicaid and Medicare. Its studios and 1-Bedroom apartments feature new kitchens or kitchenettes, closets, climate control, and plenty of storage space. The rooms are equipped with updated appliances and granite countertops.
