RoseCrest is a continuing care retirement community where residents may choose an active lifestyle in one of our spacious independent homes with the reassurance of knowing that additional levels of care are in place when needed. RoseCrest’s Health Care Center offers assisted living suites and skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. Our Reunion memory care program is offered in assisted living and skilled nursing centers. In fact, RoseCrest is the only skilled nursing center in Spartanburg county with a secure special memory care unit.



The best part of living at RoseCrest is that residents can enjoy life at their own pace, and join their friends and neighbors in a variety of events and activities. Whatever you choose, you can live well at RoseCrest

Excellent care given. There for rehab and rooms are suites. Staff is wonderful. Got great care and they are so nice there. Highly recommend rosecrest and it leaders and staff. Such a beautiful and great place.

If I could give Rosecrest a zero I would. I brought my mom there after a 5 week hospital stay for stroke. They let her lie in bed all day. No therapy, not even to have someone move her limbs. After five weeks she still had a catheter, a major source of infection. I pleaded with therapy for at least some sort of exercise. They refused and became hostile. I moved mother as soon as I could find another facility. The day she arrived at the new facility, the new staff were appalled that the catheter had been allowed for such a long time. Mom rehabbed to about 90% of her previous strength and activity and self sufficiency at the new facility. I would never recommend Rosecrest to anyone. If you want good care for your loved one, avoid this facility.
