This place is awful!!! I have waited over an hour for them to check on my mom who is elderly, her phone says it's unreachable, and I haven't spoken to her for 2 days. [Staff member] at the front desk, has a real attitude! He said he" is not going to leave the front desk", and they only have 1 housekeeper. The fact is, my mom never gets her room cleaned, and her trash bags pile up. Then she has to beg someone to take them out. This is outrageous! This place costs a ridiculously high amount! She has waited 4 months in hopes that the maintenance man will change her light bulb yet he won't. They don't even want to change people's blinds that are falling apart they charge extra $10 a night for dinner on top of their already outrageous prices. They don't care about the well-being of the residents or if they're okay or not. They harass residents and their families. Before you send your elderly loved one here, ask around and see how happy the current residents are. The ones we have talked to aren't happy at all and are leaving or want to leave. The front desk rarely has anything going on there, yet [staff member] can't leave the front desk to check on the welfare of my mom, or bother their housekeeper on duty to check on her. I hope you get the picture of how caring this place really is.
