After 2 years at the Regency Residence, I can honestly say that the place has gone downhill fast. The food has gotten very bad, the transportation spotty at best, elevators break down often. They have taken out the hot tub and the exercise room, replaced by a therapy room that you need a prescription for(and insurance). Activities? non-existent. They do keep the grounds looking nice.
