I couldn't agree more with the previous review. In the short time I have been here the place has gone from bad to worse. The rent was jacked up. No one pays the same amount per month. The food quality & preparation are terrible. We used to have ice cream at every dinner but they now tell us it costs too much to serve very often. The excuse is it so expensive but living here is expensive too! The courtyard does look pretty trashy, some people have way too many decorative items outside their apartments. Mostly just a bunch of overgrown shrubs. A useless gazebo in the middle. There is one resident who is constantly stealing or destroying items around the facility. Nothing is ever done about it. The staff instead of handling problems just let it go on & on. They make this place sound glorious on the tour but you soon find out it is a all show.

Food is often inedible because they do not hire cooks. The current cook is the director's mother & the part time kitchen person is her boyfriend. The place is full of bedbugs & despite spraying for them they just keep coming back. Employees show up when they want & do not do a good job. You never know if your apartment will be cleaned or not. In the evenings they leave 1 high school age person to answer any emergencies. Good help is hard to come by. Do not go by looks alone. They do not update equipment or spaces. If the electricity goes off, no back up generator. The management company promised big things but have delivered on very few. They did raise the rent & cut the food budget so the quality of the apartments & food served are terrible.
