They cannot keep senior managers for more than a year. No explanation was given as to why they are unable to keep staff. It’s ridiculous that every three months I go up to visit and there are new people to meet in the front office. This a very big concern to me. I wish someone would give the residents an explanation. The variety of food has a lot to be desired. Need to cut out the salt.
