I have lived at Oakmont Livonia for 7 months. It is very nice but the Dining Room staff is a glaring exception. The servers and their manager have repeatedly yelled at residents. Some have been sent away from the room with no food. This has never been corrected no matter who reports it. They may just get quiet, give you a dirty look and not give you food or drink. They mostly do not wear vinyl gloves and touch our food with bare dirty hands. They do follow their dress code. Except for being told to change clothes, they will not wear the required gloves. They are loud and disruptive inside and outside the building. Our paperwork from Oakmont states that "aggressive bullying behavior" is not tolerated here. The Executive Director has tolerated such behavior for months and will not fire the offenders. I would look at other Oakmont properties instead of Livonia as no one believes this dangerous and potentially violent behavior occurs anywhere else.
