Town Village Sterling Heights receives generally positive reviews for its clean, friendly environment and variety of activities. Residents and their families appreciate the facility's welcoming atmosphere, with many noting the staff's friendliness and attentiveness. The food is often praised for its quality and variety, although some mention slow service and repetitive menus. The facility offers numerous amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, theater, and bistro, which residents enjoy. Activities such as bingo, crafts, and outings are well-received, contributing to a vibrant community life. However, some concerns are raised about high staff turnover and occasional understaffing, which can affect service quality, particularly in the on-site care company. Rent increases are also a concern for some residents. Despite these issues, many residents feel at home and appreciate the sense of community, with some describing it as living on a cruise ship. The facility's location and proximity to medical services are additional benefits. Overall, Town Village Sterling Heights is recommended for its active social environment, caring staff, and comprehensive amenities, though potential residents should consider the cost and staffing concerns.

Moving my parent into Town Village was an easy transition for us and we have been so pleased with the care they received. The staff are exceptional, friendly, and caring, and the food is wonderful with plenty of variety. There are plenty of activities to choose from including swimming, water aerobics, and much more. My parents have made friends quickly and both love it here. I highly recommend Town Village as a great place to live!
