Which is more important to you - aesthetics or quality care? Remember that you cannot judge a book by its cover. If you care about your loved one and want to play an active part in their medical care plan, this is not the place for you. They are way understaffed and no matter what pretty story they paint for you, it is easier and less expensive to sedate instead of redirecting the residents.

The Auberge is physically a beautiful place. However, if you are looking for a home where your loved one will be safe, cared for and protected, the Auberge is quite possibly the worst place you could consider. My family will always live with regret that we trusted them with the care of our mother.

It’s never an easy decision to place a loved one in a facility under someone else’s care, but Silverado made this transition as smooth as possible. From the very beginning I knew my mother was going to be in good hands with people who would provide her the best professional care and genuine compassion that she deserves. I’m so glad we found this place!
