When families make decisions to place their loved ones in a facility, research is very important and word of mouth is valuable. The Heritage staff (most) are Dedicated and Caring, and their are a few that Simplifies Excellence, Loyalty, Dedication and years of employment with the Heritage; There are activities and entertainment, and management keeps family members informed; The heritage is definitely not without it's flaws, I can report that only once in the year and one month that my mom has been a resident, she did not receive proper care this was a Saturday morning when I visited her, the Caregiver provided minimal to No care; I've never seen her, again; Sometimes, her bathroom is untidy, The carpet has a Dirty odor, always! I use plugins, A few times her laundry has reeked of urine, and her clothes misplaced or lost. When I've reported these issues the staff follows up immediately; My mom likes the food and enjoys entertainment; She's happy and I'm satisfied for now. Thank U DB
