Montecito Post Acute Care And Rehabilitation

I am not impressed with the week that my mother has been here. The assistant administrator, is the ONLY person willing to give or get information to our family. We have been begging for updates on our mother's care, and everyone tells us that it's someone else's job. We were told to access the healthcare portal and read the progress in her notes, but I needed help telling me how to get into the portal. I have emailed the person twice and am still awaiting a response. We have only met two caretakers that seem to give a crap or were helpful in any way. Two residents were outside my mother's door, arguing in the hall while we were visiting. No one did anything about it. I don't think there is a good SNF, so families are forced to pick the best of the worst. This is the second one we have tried. It's actually worse than Citadel.
