This facility should be considered a last resort. The management team (from the bottom to the top, including corporate) is shockingly bad -- unresponsive, uncommunicative, uncooperative, and unreliable. During our family member's residence, the billing dept never sent us invoices or balance statements, yet would call us to say that we owed money. When we overpaid by thousands of dollars, they took more than 3 months to refund our money, after dozens of requests for the refund. They billed for services that they wouldn't explain. (We learned of such billings well after the fact.) Info provided by the management team (even such as current meds) often contradicted each others. Family would not be informed about medication changes at all or if so it was after the fact. The nursing staff were easier to deal with, although they often contradicted each other. No phone available for residents to have a private conversation. No visual cues at all for residents. ...
