I can't recommend this place highly enough. My mom moved there when Promedica in Arlington Hts closed. Then we found out she didn't have much time left. They graciously let us stay with her for those last 3 days. They even bought a cart of snacks into the room for those of us waiting! They were compassionate, generous and every single person was beyond kind. The facility is spotless, the rooms are large and the overall feeling of the place is very welcoming and homey. I couldn't have asked for a nicer place. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

If I could do zero stars, I would. Please DO NOT choose this facility...they lie and do not give the care you pay for. Stray dogs wouldn't even touch their food. We completely REGRET going to this place, we were deceived by the hospital that suggested them. Please hear what I'm saying...you will check in and if you want to be transferred, they will blacklist you to any facilities you want to be transferred to. This place is a sad excuse for a place that is supposed to help those in need of nursing care.
